This month I had been touring by my scooter, Langbuana, for 25 days. The route was from Banyuwangi (Java Island) to final destination Mt. Kelimutu (Flores Island). I wore a half mask belong to my niece, Aïsha. I saw this kind of cute mask for the first time in Vietnam in 2009. Several years afterward, it's booming in Indonesia until now. Even, my niece has it. OMG!
A face mask is used to combat dust or air pollution. But hey, this mask too. But when I wore it, it was not totally for it. This mask can't combat the dust or filter the air pollution. Why? Because the material can't to do so. Sigh!
My mommy insisted me to wear it. Well, then at least people on the road knew that I was a girl. So cute, isn't it?
