Ankle Strap Shoes for Winter

One of my favo shoes is ankle strap shoes. I have a pair of wide width pointy toe ankle strap shoes by Bellagio. What have I been thinking when I packed these shoes for winter The Netherlands? These shoes are totally for summer! Yeah, right!

Anyhoe, I made a mix & match today. Having it only in the closet is not nice! It must be woren. Thus, I wore these shoes with a pair of bootcut jeans (you can also wear straight style), 60 denier Action pantyhose, and black ped/low cut socks. I folded my jeans twice to show the strap.

So, this mix & match is ready to face the cold winter with stylish. What do you think?

Messy Hair...

My fiancé's funny face
13:46. I got this picture on my mobile. On that time I was drying my hair with hair-dryer in my room. I seldom receive this kind of picture of him. Giving me his funny face. Two probabilities: He indeed missed me (he loves me) or he was bored (take a break from his stressful job). Hahahaha... Let's have a positive thinking about him! He just simply loves me.

Less than one minute, I gave him a reply. A funny face with my messy hair. Do not forget the hair-dryer. I didn't know what kind of style I should perform. Thus, I just acted as stupid as possible with my tool. Then, I just realize that the look was not funny at all. Sorry, my honeybunch! It was my best try ever today. I was not on make-up yet. Therefore, I didn't see any point that I must act cute. Booh!!! Excuse...

Normally I don't need hair-dryer in Indonesia. I prefer to choose the natural way to dry my hair. But I really can't do this way in the Netherlands, especially in winter time. It will take me ages to have my hair dry without the hair-dryer. Then it makes my head smelly. Lucky me, I don't need to bring any from Indonesia. The mother of my fiancé has it at home. She always uses it to dry her hair. Perfetto!

My hair is very tick, tangled easily, and dry. Beside a hair-dryer, I also need something else. A hair serum after hair washing. One day I didn't apply it. My hair became so dry and more tangled than before. Harder to comb as well. It sounds look like in a serial killer when I comb it. Crack! Crack! Crack! Well, this serum helps me a bit. It doesn't really make significant changes to my hair. But at least, I can comb my hair easily after applying it. My BFF. Thanks, hair serum!!!

Pastel Make-up in the Kitchen

Two years ago my fiancé told me that he would like to learn how to cook in order to cook together with me. Ough! So cute of him! And now, he's a big fan of cooking videos and Jamie Oliver's recipes and cookbooks. I'm totally happy! But wait...! As he follows any recipe, he doesn't use all the ingredients he has. At home, we still have many leftover ingredients. Throwing them away is unwise thing to do. Be a creative fiancée might help to overcome a mess that he has left. Today, I cook some of them. Well, being creative as a homey chef and also still stylish in the kitchen should go hand in hand.

I wore Clinique Travel Exclusive Makeup Palette

It's my style with soft and natural look in the kitchen today! It's very rare that I would like to wear an undeep color eye-shadow or bright lipstick. Who knows that I can do it! Seriously... A coast girl like me loves a bright-kinky-color. If there was my mom at this moment, she would complain that my lips have "no color". For her, bright lips is everything! Ah, mommy!!!

So, this is it! "Eawest" à la Chef Leah.
